- 12 X 24 Pipe stall for 325.00 per month
- Community Pasture $300.00 per month per horse
- Horse sitting/temporary boarding available. Please inquire
- Full care includes feeding 2x a day and stalls cleaned daily.
- Additional charge for supplement food/grain/ special diet needs.
Training
Terry follows the best of Pat Parelli, John Lyons and Clinton Anderson's natural horsmanship training methods to desensitize a horse to fearful situations. Terry has been riding and training horses for over two decades. His training program exposes horses to a variety of circumstances such as:

- River, creek, ditch and canal crossings
- Beach rides through dunes and crashing waves.
- Traffic, hikers & bicycles.
- Group rides in front, middle and in rear.
- Solo rides to relieve separation from herd or barn anxiety.
- American Kennel Club Field Trials with blank gunshots, barking dogs and crowds of people.
- Horse camping in open space with ground ties and high lines.

- Absolutely no smoking in barn area.
